Ricardo A. Richardson
Mr. Richardson has over 23 years of experience in Development, Executive Management, Project Finance, Risk Management and Logistics. He is a graduate of St. John’s University, with B.Sc. Mathematics and Statistics; with certifications in Actuarial Science and Risk Management. Mr. Richardson was an Actuary for Golden Rule, now United Healthcare, and the Chief Forecast Analyst for Roadway Global, now billion-dollar giant YRC Freight and Logistics company. As CEO of the Continental Basketball Association Properties, the former development league to the NBA, he met and contracted Mr. Odhiambo and his firm to be the official construction management company and builder of sports arenas and complexes nationwide. Mr. Richardson and Mr. Odhiambo co-founded JR Construction Group in 1995 as an MBE firm, which is the foundation of Greystone Warner. Mr. Richardson has developed mixed-use development real-estate projects throughout the U.S. and Caribbean, as an investor in 300-700-acre development properties. Mr. Richardson is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the company, as well as overseeing the structured financing of development projects, supply and logistics optimization.
James R Odhiambo
Mr. Odhiambo has 24 years of experience in Construction, Project Management and Engineering. He is a graduate of Purdue University, with a B.Sc. Civil Engineering Technology. Mr. Odhiambo brings practical construction management expertise couple with business management skills to manage the successful completion of all phases of a construction project. Mr. Odhiambo has development and managed the construction design and building of over 2,000,000+ square feet combined of construction projects in various industries, working in partnership with some of the largest real estate companies in the U.S., including Simon Property Group, Hunt Construction, Jacobs, Gilbane, and Turner Construction. Mr. Odhiambo has built for commercial clients including Walmart, Conrad Hotel, and NFL Indianapolis Colts, to government clients including Indiana Department of Child Services. Mr. Odhiambo is responsible for all Construction Management (CM), Project Management (PM) and Engineering services of the company.
Eddie L. Bridgeman, Sr.
Mr. Bridgeman is a financial management, internal financial control policies and accounting professional with specified discipline in tax accounting and audit services. Mr. Bridgeman was former assistant Comptroller of Georgia Baptist Hospital and former Chief Financial Officer of the 100 Black Men of America. Mr. Bridgeman won Man of the Year 2015 Atlanta Tribune Magazine award for his work as President of the SaiSai Group as well his services as CFO and Tax Consultant of the Trumpet Awards Foundation, Friendship Force International (founded by President Jimmy Carter), Republican Party of Gwinnett, National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame, National Association of Black Mayors, National Business League, and the Georgia Department of Transportation DBE Certification Program. Mr. Bridgeman has degrees in Finance/Accounting from Mississippi Valley State and advance graduate degree from Columbia University.
Jolie D. Dalton
VP Corporate. & Community Relations
As Vice President of Corporate and Community Relations, Ms. Dalton works as the government relations liaison, ensuring the integrity of all municipal, state, and federal contracts. Ms. Dalton works with key government, business and community leaders to establish Greystone as a responsible corporate citizen in the various communities that we build and develop. Additionally, she develops the corporate strategic marketing strategy of the Company. She is a seasoned marketing executive with fifteen years of experience as CEO of Visability Marketing Group. Ms. Dalton graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree from Tennessee State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Political Science and Sociology. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science (M.S.) degree in Emergency Management, specializing in Public Management & Leadership from Walden University. Ms. Dalton has earned a certification in Non-Profit Management from Purchase College of New York (SUNY). She is also a Fellow of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy’s School of Government, as well as a Fellow of the Congressional Black Caucus Institute.
Derek A. Wilson
Mr. Derek Wilson has over 17 years of experience in operations and administration. Mr. Wilson was an administrator at University of Colorado at Boulder, and Arizona State University (ASU). He was the former VP of Operations for Springfield Real-Estate Development Group. Mr. Wilson will oversee our company operations and the operations and placement of our certified sub-contract W/MBE partners. Mr. Wilson is a former stand-out football athlete and graduate of Idaho State University. He has pursued a Master’s of Science (MSc) from Arizona State University.
Nigel A. Springer
VP Engineering Services
Nigel Springer has over 20 years of experience in engineering, development, logistics and supply chain management. As CEO of Springfield Real-Estate Development Group, a real-estate investment and development firm. Mr. Springer has developed large commercial and residential developments in Florida and Port Lucaya, Grand Bahamas. Mr. Springer operated Starview Consulting, a logistics and supply chain management company headquarter in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Mr. Springer is a graduate Magnum Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering (Bs. E.E), from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
