Buggs Temple

Buggs Temple was an historical building in the 1800s and has been completely renovated. It was stripped down to a shell and methodically restored with similar materials maintaining its unique and timeless beauty. A new steel framed interior floor systems, an elevator, and circulation and egress stairs was installed to meet current code.
Renovation of a 10,000 square foot historic church into a fine dining restaurant. The entire brick façade was stripped down and restored from the basement to the second floor. New HVAC was retrofitted into the space with an open duct system. The basement was turned into a kitchen with the first and second floors space for dinning New ADA ramps, sidewalks and curb cuts to allow for side street parking. An outdoor patio was built facing the canal.
