The $7 million, 66,000 square feet project is a renovation to the historical facility and enhanced protection will be taken to protect many of the original features still in the building such as the detailed millwork, wood plank gym floor, and structural components. The project will include extensive upgrades to all MEP and technology systems, as well as select roofing, ADA and site work improvements as well as a performing arts addition. The project was designed for the LEED certification level.
