Greystone holds real-estate assets throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. We develop commercial and residential projects as owners, joint venture partnerships and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS); or through General Contracting services. The company performs research analyses on current sites for restoration and redevelopment as well as identifying new sites for mixed-used development. Increasingly, owners are moving toward work, sleep, and play, mix-used developments and Greystone has experience in these multipurpose developments.
